warning.onbux suspend not fair

i am really dissapointed with onbux now. i really love onbux before, but they are really not fair now. at thursday 17 februari 2011 at their reset time 0:00 time, i click only 4 upgrade ads. i didnt click the 4 usual ads because so many time other people has clicked it because my modem is multiple ip address. but i never got problem because of that. and i'm satisfied eventhough only click my upgrade click. the problem is at 17 februari 2011 at 22.30 their time, i login to cash out my money like usual think that i do. i always cash out at that time 3 times already because they give 1 week time before i can cash out another money. i didnt click anything. i really login just to cash out my money. they ask for pin, and after the final yes. suddelny i've been logged out. i tried to login and i couldnt login. they wrote above the login name that i am suspended because i break the tos 1.4 that is i click the same ads before 24 hours. how can they accuse me click the same ads if i really didnt click any usual ads that day and only login to cash out. and that happen after i click yes to cash out my money?i didnt get my money and i lost my account. i email them everyday from thursday and no response. that's why it's enough for me, and i wrote at mylot about this as a warning for all of you. be careful. i cant believe that onbux did this to me. i'm really dissapointed, i trust onbux and this is what happen to me now. i've been loyal to onbux only from september last year and i upgrade to golden at november last year.and this is what i get now.
