There is this great debate about coaching philosophy. I"ve been involved with sports for over 30 years and have experienced almost everything as a player and a coach. The one thing that I can tell you is that there are no absolutes when it comes to coaching. The best coaches are the ones that can manage all the varibles that are related to his team; the players, the families, the institution, the press and last but not least, the egos.
