As a mother of two kids, I am very much concern about the needs of my two daughters. My number one concern right now, is on which milk should I feed my eldest to get her appetite back. She is really a picky eater. And I don't think, that drinking milk everyday will sustain her. Mylotters, hope you could advise me on what milk is best for my daughter.

You do not say how old your daughters are, or what choices you have available in milk. If she is over two years old, then a reduced or lowfat milk will probably be her best choice. You should not give her so much milk that she does not eat, and not too much juice, either.

By the way, my eldest is 2 & half years old and my youngest just turned one year last february 2011. My eldest is taking enfagrow milk. She weighs just normal at her age but doesn't really like to eat. She prefers milk than a meal. Thanks for the advise.

Actually, if your daughter is older than a year old you really need to limit how much milk she is allowed to drink. The reason for this is that milk will make them feel full and therefore younger children won't eat the other things that they need to have healthy growth. From 1-2 years old, it is recommended that children drink Vitamin D milk. After hitting the second birthday, it is best to go with skim milk or 2% milk because there is less fat in those varieties of milk.
