how to get free website?

my problem started when i tried to submit an article on article submission directories. i have an article that points to an affiliate link, and because of that, i can't get my article to be approved at the sites. this bothers me as i'm in no intention of getting a monthly paid domain hosting service for a top domain level, so if there's a way to get a free website so i could make a redirection and eventually get my articles approved, could anyone helpful enough to share me some of their knowledge? =)

thanks for the sites. i may look onto those before going with whatever topic comes to mind for my blog. hope i don't get discouraged easily, as many have been.
