How do you put a profile pic?

You may think it's silly but I wasted 30 min on searching how to put a profle picture. AFter all a picture is worth a million words. Can anyone help me out please.?

You can upload a new profile picture ('avatar') by going to 'preferences' at the top, next to your earnings figure: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx
