There are so many theories and stories, like these miners that actually when they exploded rocks a dinossaur came out like a portal...or these black and white pictures of a faraway past that there were people wearing clothes that didn't exist or using cell phones...

Hiya katie,
I can believe in the Time Travel like Dr. Who has got and his famous Police Box Tardis that is so famous in Great Britain.
However I know that is only on the Television and not at all like in "Stargate"
I think that one Day it will become possible for us on Earth to be able to do that but not at the moment.
It is nice to dream about it though or see it on the Television and let your imagination run wild a bit.

From what I have heard on science programs, time travel is actually possible, but it is not so easily done as how it is in the movies. You cannot just flick a switch in a time machine and travel through time....yet! But maybe one day we will. I cannot remember the details of how it was possible but it had something to do with going around the world really fast and crossing the same point that you started at. Wish I could remember more right now!

Einstein postulates the possibility of traveling in time much the same way one travels in space. If one is able to travel near the speed of light time for them would slow down and they would move into the future perceiving very little or no passage of time. If one can move faster than light than one would be moving backward in time.
The time machine kind of time travel? I doubt it. Traveling in time would require a technology we currently do not possess.

I don't believe in time travel. Maybe scientists will find a way someday but I don't think its a priority for them. I do believe in visions of the past however.

hear john Titor story makes me wonder if the journey time (machine time) exists. I also ever seen a picture of a time machine, where there is someone using a sophisticated camera phone photograph where other people are still using the camera very old age.

I don't believe in time travel. I don't see any solid proof of this grand tale. All of those shown in You tube are not enough for me to believe it really does happen. If time travel is true, then all of us should go back to past time and rewrite history that suit our present time. Then history could be forever a farce!

Hey katie0,
Sorry to burst your bubble, but time travel isn't real.
There are many things that can be altered by science.
However, there are certain independent variables.
Variables set in stone, such as time.
You can change how much time you spend on something, but you cannot alter it directly, such as moving back or forward in time.
These are just laws of the universe.
