as of now, i am finishing my masteral thesis to be able to graduate this march hopefully. and i just sensed the pressure now. there are a lot of things to be done in so little time. and the worst is, i don't have someone to help me with. good thing i got faith. well anyways, let me go back to my question. maybe you may asked what is it all about. well, i am referring to tooth brushing! yes, exactly. a while back, while brushing my teeth, i remembered that it was my second time to do so for this day. i was not able to follow the normal daily habit of three times a day.. and worst, being so busy (sometime doing nothing) i brushed once only. or worst of the worst, none? well i could not remember at all, for my teeth would ached when not being brushed. how about you then, twice, thrice, once, or none at all? well, identify what is the reason when you did it more than thrice or none at all. as for me, i now realized i don't need to take for granted my teeth.. so long!

When I was a kid I experienced bad toothache as a result of not taking proper care of my teeth. I thought brushing my teeth once a day when I wake up in the morning is sufficient. This ignorance has resulted in many visits to the dentist. I was told by my dentist to brush my teeth after every meals. From then on it has become a habit for me to brush my teeth after each meals. It works and I no longer need to visit the dentist as regular as before.

you are right there my friend. brushing our teeth should have been thought as a habit that we could not just leave behind or took for granted. i think the best time to teach this type is when we are still younger so that we will not be able to have tooth ache and tooth decay. and to maintain a natural smile. thanks for responding. way to go, you already have more than nine thousand.. congrats mr/ms.zandi458..
