make an album..??

I agree with jillhill that a scrapbook would be the easiest. There are a lot of ideas and materials available. Other than that, maybe a photo album with room for comments?

Your best bet would be to go on the internet and looked up scrapbooking ideas. I do alot of scrapping..and getting some layouts is very helpful. I love putting the photos into a book and adding comments....then I really like picking up the book later and seeing all the activities that filled the previous year.

Ask your working colleagues for their photos or copies to put them on a paper sheet where they will write about a good experience they have had together with you. It will be a personal memory for you as well for them. Then you put all the paper sheets together into a booklet. You all can make a copy of the booklet who wants it. Good happy memories for everyone!
