How to delete and change my avatar? / myLot

Is there anyone who knows how to delete and change avatar for mylot? please response here. Thanks. :)

Just go to preferences on the top left portion of the screen then go to customize profile then you may now change you avatar. Hope this helps.

I already did that and still my avatar didn't change and cannot be deleted. Do you know what I do wrong?
