i have a cousin that have a problem regarding to her pc.. the problem is when he watching video in video her pc is automatically shutdown. what might be the problem of his pc?? and what should we do to repair it??

it can be issue of video card / driver on her system. please update video driver from it's official site. and take a view. and also other chance to get shutdown is over heating.. try to play a game and see if it shutdown while playing game too or not..

it doesn't shutdown when playing game he usually played online games but it doesn't shutdown. what may be the cause??

well then it could be problem with your media player or file you playing.. just reinstall your windows media player.. but one more suggestion I want to give that, install other player like winamp or vlc or power dvd and check it your system shutdown with that or not? if you don't want to try any other new software try to use classic media player installed with OS.. and check.. reinstalling player will solve the issue I guess..

Some times it happen when your PC is missing drivers or the VGA card conflict with some other device. So you must update your driver first and than reboot it. If the problem is still there than open your PC and remove your VGA card and also clean the slot too. Than put the card into the slot again and start your PC. I hope it will solve your problem.
