Wasting money in a pair of un-wanted boot again!

Last Saturday night after work one of my girl colleagues and me agreed to linger around in the nearby stores. Perhaps we had been stucked in the office sitting for too long we were so eagering to go out for shopping. We went into a store and look through the coats and shoes. Then 3 pairs of boots came into our eyes. They were quite exqusite. After trying on, my girl colleague took one pair and then both her and the shopkeeper urged me to take another pair. I was hesitating, for I didn't want a pair of boots that much, but they kept telling me:" the original price was 586 and now it only sells 150yuan. How cheap it is to buy them now!" It sounded as if I would earn a lot money buy purchasing the boots. Still I didn't take them for I was not used to wear boots which made my feet ached. However, at checkout, my girl colleague again urged me to take the boots and said how cost-effective it was to take them. At that moment I suddenly changed my mind and decided to take them. Yeah, I took the pair of boots and made the payment, wearing them on. It might look quite beautiful with my overcoat yet that evening as I got back home, my feet were ache seriously. I took them off and put them away, never want to wear them again. Anyhow, it is spring now, not many people wearing boots on the streets. Perhaps I'll wear them next winter, I comforted myself, but still, I was regretful for purchasing such a pair of unwanted boots. Girls, or guys, have you ever had such shopping experience? Now, I'm evening curbing my impulsive to go to department stores so that I won't buy clothes that are unnecessary. Anyhow, I'm not that rich atm.
