What is the best way to run an IB Questionbank on a Macbook?

An International Bacaalaureatte (IB) Questionbank is basically a windows application (exe). However this doesn't run on a macbook.
so, what is the best way to run a small windows application on a mac?

What's that for? Is that a scam? 
If it is really must and there's no alternative or equivalent applications on the Mac use Virtual Machines like Parallels or VMWare Fusions or Crossover. If you want free to use, download VirtualBox from Sun Microsystem.
