What are the signs that you are in a mess?

As an individual, there comes a time that you feel that you are in the lowest of your lows and you just want to give up.
Signs that you are in a mess could be:
1. when you think of what happened yesterday, everything is in a blur
2. in your job/career: the things you look forward to are lunchbreaks, weekends, payday and holidays.
How about you? how would you say that your life is in a mess?

I would say than when I am in a great job that I enjoy. And I have to go bankrupt due to not enough income. Would be a low point in my life, that is if that happen.

the sings of me whem i m in mess are something unique.
i just seat quite and dont talk to anyone.
just thinking about what can be done to get out of it.
switch off my cell.
frustate very soon.
this are just few signs of mine.

Hi, what you've mentioned above don't seem to be signs of being in a mess, I suppose these are pretty normal for ordinary people.(NO?!) They are signs that people are not very motivated and acting a little lazy.
