I really like this song. I do agree that those "almost lovers" brought us heartaches of course not all the time but most often. Some would say that despite what happened between them they remain friends. But then you will not totally erase the feeling or unease of the past. "...if I'd known you'd bring me heartache...almost lovers always do..." Dont think that Im bitter, Im totally happy right now, I just appreciate the song and the feeling, sometimes I want to listen to sad songs with meaning, and emote... try it... its also relaxing..:)
