Staying focus and positive at least until noon.

Now is still morning. I just hope that today I can stay focus for the whole day. Well, at least until noon. Lately I feel that I have so much hatred and negative thinking inside me. I am not really this type of person but the surrounding forces me to be like this. How I wish that today I can just talk something that are positive, something that can make people happy and so on. How I can stay positive the whole day. Any suggestions or ideas?

We all know that the negative thinking and hatred only causes pain and sorrows. But still we keep indulge in such negative feelings. It's completely natural for all the human beings. Only the difference is that some people keep oneself heaving indulge in such things and some are wise enough to get out of it and change into something positive thoughts.
Say yourself thousands of times that you are positive. Change your thoughts from negative to positive. The best thing to do is meditate. Keep on the nice peaceful music and wonder in fantasy. Imagine the beautiful world full of love and peace for all. Say yourself that this world is beautiful and may every creature in this world experience beauty and love. This will help you feel peaceful and help you shift in consciousness. And moreover it will bring brightness and more love in yourself.
Situations make us to think in negative way. Sometimes we become tired of thinking so much positive when everything is going wrong. We have to fight anyway against the negative feelings. They are not of worth and is our enemy. Another good way is to leave in the present. Leave the resentments of the past. Analyze your mind carefully what actually is causing you bring negative feelings. Its the thoughts coming from your mind. so make your mind busy in present. Experience the present as much as you can. Concentrate on what is happening, rather than what has happened and what would happen. Things are as they are. Don't add meaning like it's bad...be positive, be present...You can shift to positivity...

Thank you to all for giving some of your time to response. Now is already 720pm in my country and I can tell you that I am happy that I was able to control my anger and hatred today. What I did was I just keep telling myself that people do not want to listen for me to grumble. I make myself believe that they too like me, want to remain positive for the whole day. So, I just smile at people and talk less. For I believe that the more I talk the more I want to express my dissatisfaction to others. I thank God also for give me all the strength to remain positive. I hope that tomorrow I can be a positive person again.

Do something which makes you feel happy and do it determinedly. Most of the times, we let circumstances weigh down on our mind and block our channels of positive thoughts and happiness. In such trying situations, it would be best to just leave that particular site and go somewhere else and be among a crowd so that you are distracted by something or the other. Never brood on bad thoughts...

HAHA I like this. This is always my goal. I work most days from 6:45 AM to about 3:30 PM. ANd getting through the morning can be just... HELL...some days. It takes forever! However I find that at noon, the last 3 1/2 hours or so just flies by. So I will try to make this a goal of mine.

Well, if you have hatred and negative thinking inside of you, then you really cannot focus well on your job. It would be better to analyze fully well what gives you those feelings. If there are people who makes you that, then stay away from them, do not even look at them.
Just think happy thoughts and deny all those bad feelings. Most of all, eat first something that can perk you up, coffee or eat a chocolate.

I don't blame you, it sure is hard to keep my head up sometimes too. There are days when I really can't focus, for those days, I just let myself be... because there's really nothing I can do in those moments. But I don't really have days like that anymore.. I guess I've found a new hobby that helps me keep focused. That is the best distraction. Maybe your hobby now is to find that hobby until you can find one to help you keep distracted. Good luck.

It all starts with believing that you control your thoughts and ideas about the world. You have the power to manipulate these bad feeling thoughts into good feeling thoughts. Find ways to remember truly being happy, and soak that feeling up for as long as you can. Think about how much you love yourself and this great life that you've been given to have a beautiful experience on. Just keep thinking good feeling thoughts, and you will continue to feel better and better.

Have you contact your doctor to see if it might be something physical? Some say that anger and hatred come from feeling frustrated and helpless and that may be why you are feeling so negative about things too. You've probably already read everything on this topic but some say to excercise, listen to music with positive lyrics and to share your thoughts as you have done right here. If you have tried all that than my advice is get a new life plan, that's right, start all over today. Set some new goals, don't like your job, start looking for something else, having money problems set a new budget and regroup. Frustrated with your friends than start meeting some new ones. Imagine a new beginning starting today!!!! Go to a word document and start a list of all the things that youd like to do one day and get another list of the things that make you who you are "your good qualities"! Take a walk make it your goal to stop hanging around negative talkers. It's nearly spring, start planning your summer and forgive all the jerks that have ticked you off. Seriously, this is your life and it aint a dress rehersal, start now! Here are a few phrases you needs to say at least once a day. Thank you, Awesome, I like that, its water under the bridge, It's going to be okay. Now go rent a comedy and laugh!!!!! Its your life lighten up and have some fun!!@!!!!!!!@!@!!!!
