Bad food habit? How?

My list to cut out was pop coffee cigarettes fast food and snaking. Wow so unhealthy. Well pop cigarettes and coffee are gone! This was driving me crazy. But I can't seem to eat anything healthy. I eat fruit that's about it other than fast food. Can you give me some better foods that taste good that I can try?

Home cooked food is definitely better. There are tons of recipes on the net. Vegetables are really healthy and can be combined with grilled chicken or fish. Also, eggs, milk.

Start slow by cutting out some of the fast food. Try preparing some of the meals at home, even simple ones. Things like baked potato and salads. Bake chicken, Macaroni and Cheese. Although not so healthy certainly far better then all the greasy high trans fat meals from the fast food restaurants.

have some chikens rolls and biryanis which we make here in india there are lots off taste foods but you have to try to make it with some different ideas which ever you like!!!

Milk ... I don't know how much is good, but I drink about a glass a day.
and half a bar of dark chocolate every day. any more than half-a-bar, and it's junk food.
and water is always good.

that sounds about right, they say calcium from foods is better for you anyway.They also say that cows milk is not healthy at all, its really down to what blood type you are.Some blood types do ok with milk and dairy, some dont.
Its pretty vast the yes and no of whether milk(cows) is good for you?, i believe a little of everything is ok, to much is bad! simple, i want to do ongoing discussions on healthy diet and lifestyles, but that will come-i am still new to it all :)

If you want to be healthy,you must give up something you really like.Sometimes we must eat something we don't like but it's really good for us.Try to eat something healthy not tastes good.
