Who for you is an example of a great man or woman?

We have a lot of criteria or factors in judging that this certain person is great. For instance, we can say that this man is good because he has helped a lot of people bi simple means. What are your criteria in such? Who for you can be considered as a great man or woman?

One of the main criteria is, as you said, whether or not they've done a lot of good. There are a lot of successful people whom I'd call powerful, but not great. And there are plenty of people who love helping others but are still not considered great. In order to be great, someone has to both have good intentions and the power to realise their goals of helping others.

A great man that I know is Ty Hyderally (aka Tayeb Hyderally). Ty is an employment law attorney in NJ and an expert in labor law, he spends his days defeding those that have been wronged and is a tireless adviate for his clients.

Saints! Obviously they're really great that's why they became saints. The self-less giving of themselves for the love of God and people, what criteria can ever be grater than this.
