Saturated with present job

I was the employee in one company, I've worked for 6 years. This time I felt boredom with my job routines, sometimes I think to resign and seek a new job, but on the one hand I need a job to make a living. How do I solve this problem ? What should I do so that I do not feel bored with my current job ? Maybe you all can give me feedback to overcome this saturation, so I can enjoy my job. Thank you.

This situation is really faced by everyone, whenever I feel like this then I treat myself with some good things like dinner out, or a vacation to nice place. When I am enjoying my time then I remind myself that because of present job only I can afford this luxary, that gives me incentive to work.

Hi aisoice: First of all it's important to value your job. Think about the positive things of your job or try to change some of the things that you could to make a better environment. I would also advice you to do in first place the things that you love to do if you can to make you feel better while your doing your daily obligations. ALVARO

Saturation of work can be overcome by taking time off. Try to take time off or if you dare say direct to your boss, try to request move a part for a while so you have new experiences without having to get out of your job now

Hi advokatku Thank you for your suggestion. Leave ? I do not think so. Because recently I was out taking leave of absence for 10 days, but still it has not lost a sense of saturation. To move the division, maybe I will consider.

The reason why you are stressed with your jobs is because you feel discontented. You must find something you love to do. What are your hobbies? Find that and go from there. If that field requires schooling, then get your butt in school. That is the only way to get out of the groove.

You can actually try and seek new employment secretly so that your current employer is not aware, doing so would cost you your job. So try looking quietly and see if there is something else that perhaps may make for a more enjoyable job. Best of luck as it is difficult to remain on a job where as one is not totally happy.

Hi hardworkinggurl, Thank you for your advice. Previously I've tried this, but do not know why, at this very difficult to get a new job. Whereas before not as difficult as this.

I sometimes feel this too, but I can't resign because I think this is the perfect job for me at this time. Maybe you can try to do other things out that is somewhat related to your job. Learning new things will prevent you from getting bored. Example, you are working and you are using excel, try to learn about the application and revise your templates, put color into it etc. This way, you'll feel that there is something new. Sorry for the shallow sample, that's what I thought for the moment. Cheers!
