What do you often do when your boss is not in the office?

Same guilt here! So, unless there's a very urgent matter I have to do, I open my mylot account, too.

same boat here. i usually log in to mylot and post replies here and there. sometimes, an idea would hit me and then i'll start a discussion or two. other times, i walk around the office with a piece of paper or folder or my notebook and pretend that i'm on official business but actually just chat with my friends in the other departments. kinda sneaky, yes, but that's the way i roll here in the office. always pretending to be busy, with or without the boss in the office! lol! hahahahahahaha!!!

Well, when our Boss is not around, that is when many people Text back to someone check Facebook, eat food at our desks, etc. Occassionally one of us will sneak up to the main computer and do something on there as well. Would be nice if you could access myLot from my phone. I would spend a lot of my Free time there when not on my computer.

Wow. Good for you. I think that there is nothing wrong with what you are doing. As long as you do what is expected of you then things will be fine. Take care.
