Gov. Walker, the Republicans in the State Legislature, or their supporters breaking any laws! Come on, if it's that blatant, there must be at least one example!

Rachel Maddow told her viewers (all 23 of them) that there was "no problem" in Wisconsin. In fact, she told them, there's a budget surplus but Walker gave it away in tax cuts to rich corporations and now needs to take the money away from teachers to make up the shortfall. Although this has been proven to be completely false by Politifact, all 23 of her viewers either have left-wing political blogs or are members of mylot so that falsehood keeps getting cited as fact.

lmao how in the world can you give away what wasnt yours? And she has a college edumacation. Tax cuts are NOT money in the bank, it is money that belongs to "the rich".

Yeah, you know it's bad when even a factchecker owned by the left wing St. Pete Times calls Maddow a liar.

I don't know about the Republicans, but the Democrats are using up oxygen that could be better utilized in a combustion engine...

If Walker and the legislature were really taking away their "rights" as they claim, they would be committing an illegal act. Since there is no Constitutional right to collective bargaining, he is only amending their privileges. No illegality there, just a lot of whining.

Exactly, all he is doing is changing what the law allows in the first place.

Well considering the only illegal actions by politicians up there is the Dems fleeing and now we have real doctors and imposters handing out fake sick sleeps to teachers to get them out of work to protest, seems like its all on the left side. teachers are begging for this PRIVILEGE but yet just showing how unprofessional and undeserving they really are in pulling these shenanigans, its just greed and a feeling of entitlement they have, better get used to the real world

Well it would have to go to court but another myloter on here brought up that this is only restricting the rights of the Teachers Union to negotiate on anything besides pay but leaving Fire and Police Departments to still be able to negotiate on everything (Benefits and Pay) which could come into some issues if brought in front of a court because the state is playing favorites and is not applying the law equally to the Public Employee Unions. That is the only one I can think of and well I didn't even think of it.

Fire and police are already unequal with the other public employees. If a public employee refuses to work, it is only a violation of the union contract. If a police officer, fire fighter or EMT refuses to work, they can lose their license, or even go to jail (depending on if life or property were lost due to the job action). You can't claim "equality" where there is no expectation of being treated the same.

Well, that is how it was explained to us when I was in EMT school. Even if we are in a union, and the non emergency workers strike, we have to go to work.

like I said I am not the one to bring it up another member on here did so. Like I said a court would have to rule on it and that is always a 50/50 with courts on which way they go unless it is so in your face no way around it that a blind man could see it.

How about the signs? Bad language, horrid depictions of Walker as Hitler, etc. If the right did that on a left issue, we'd be crucified.
