nuebux and chocobux turn scam?

I already request a payment from choco and nuebux. After a week it's still pending. Is both site turn into scam now.?
I also wondering why the forum page also gone? Do you have same experience with me?

I'm not a member of those sites you mentioned since they are buxhost sites so there's nothing much that I can contribute. Actually I'm not a member of any buxhost sites at all knowing their reputation.
Usually when the forum is taken down without any reason provided that's an early sign that the site has turned scam. Removing the forum is a way to keep members from airing complaints about delayed payments and issues about the site which of course can trick potential investors into investing still without knowing that the site has already turned scam.
But try to submit a ticket to the admin.

I don't really know anything abut chocobux - but neobux paid me just recently, they payed me instant in alertpay. 
It didn't turn out t be a scam site at all, did you read in the FAQ on when you'll receive the payment? You can just contact them if you want.
