How do I create multiple blogs on one site

I'm new to wordpress and I would like to know is it possible to have multiple blogs on the same site? And if so how do I create this?

I am using GDI domain to host my word press blog but though I am getting all other benefits there is no link to create new blogs as it is provided when we create our free blog at word press,I also want to know how to set up domain name and hosting through vista panel so I can host many word press blogs there..I want to host through 3900income.com hosting please help...

You need to be more specific about what you mean by "one site." If you want another Wordpress blog, just set one up. You can have as many blogs on wordpress.com as you want. If you're talking about your own website, you could probably set it up to have more than one blog, but it probably isn't a good idea. People could make more useful suggestions if they had some idea what you're trying to do.
