I very much like to construct my own house in new york city.This city is very calm and hygenic, thats why is planned to construct my own house in such a way that everybody should like and appreciate.

Good idea you have. But in center of New yourk will not fit your house besides all tall bouldings :) Maybe somewhere in the suburb at the seaside. But prices in New York are horable high.
