Now this is something imposed in a progressive country like Japan and in China - one child policy.
If you are to voice out about this matter, do you agree that this rule be forcibly implemented in your own countries? Why or why not?

I can understand why some countries want to or have implemented two children limits. Fortunately I live in a country that does not interfere with that part of an individual's life. Having children is a result of the expression of love between two individuals. Thankfully in this country our freedom of expression is still protected under our constitution.

I know it is perplexing and frustrating that one sees people that cannot afford one child have multiple children and our taxes wind up paying for their care. But the fact is that it is a matter of freedom that is too dangerous to put into the hands of government.

I wish people would be responsible enough to base the number of children they have or will be having proportionate to their income, but this is not happening in our country, the poorest of the poor are the ones who have more children ( six or more ). I wish they could make it a selective policy but then again that would not be democratic and I am also pro choice that is to make people decide for themselves, frankly I do not know what to think

Yeah, and mind you I've seen it all, I had been fortunate enough to have served as Barangay councilman in our country and I saw and experienced first hand how this irresponsible people put so much strain on an already meager government resources, but still we give them the choice because we are in a democratic country

Yes, pro-choice. People should be responsible with their decisions and actions. If they want to make as many babies as they want, they have to make sure that they can support all of them and not depend on alms from the government.

Control population policy is my country's basis policy. I agree with policy. If there are no this policy, the polulation on ther earth will increase greatly. Because our resources on the earth is limited. If we want to protect our earth, we must control the population.

Oy, this goes with a pro choice arguement in my opinion. It should be my choice to have as many children as I want. Do I think that you should continually have more children that you can't afford, no, but hey its your choice!!
I am so glad that I don't live under dictatorship!! I have 2 children, I'd love more, but I at this point wouldn't be able to have more financially. I love my 2 children and would rather be able to fully care for them than sorta be able to care for 3 or 4 children.
But what gives someone the right to take away my right to have a child? In the countries that limit how many kids you can have, do you realize how many babies are MURDERED? We are not talking aborted, we are talking child is born and child is actually MURDERED!! Yep that sounds great, lets murder children, Pro-lifers ought to love that.

I quite agree with this kind of policy. In our country, we still don't have such policy. And I think, a huge population can really affect a lot of aspects when it comes to one's economy, quality of education and jobs. I think this is quite a good idea. At least, parents can guide their child more profoundly as they grow old since attention can be given to the child and themselves as well.
