It's a very handy tool within xp which allows you to burn files to cd. How many of you uses it ? I use nero but i had some situations in which nero wasn't available and i had to use xp's inbuilt cd burner. Have you used it ?

Actually I have never tried to use Windows XP's inbuilt CD burner. I am not sure why. Perhaps I like to use Nero and I get used to burn my CD or DVD by it. So I don't want to try another software although it is available. I love China

Yes I still use xp's inbuilt cd burner like what you said in times where other cd burning softwares aren't available. This is really a handy tool and works well too.

I never used xp's inbuilt cd burner. When I bought my first computer, it comes with a DVD burner and a nero software. I kept the cd and I install it whenever I re-install windows. Yes, I had problems with nero before but I think that it has something to do with the disc that you use. Now, whenever I need to burn files, I burn it as an image first then burn it to the disc. It is more work but at least I do not waste discs. Its frustrating when you are burning and when you are almost done, an error message pops up and then you can no longer use your dvd again.

Yeah I used it several time. But not on my pc/laptop. I always use it on my friends/colleagues systems when they don't have any cd burning s/w.

We have, and it's nice, but not as good as a Vista or a 7. I reccomend those instead really.
