its good game...good game for both of the clubs..
madrid with benzema come to lyon home..
lyon is one of the harddest opponent for madrid..
lyon sometmes can make surprise for madrid..
and now benzema come back to his ex clubs...
he gives proof to mou that he is best than adebayor..
it`s surprising when see benzema sit in bench....
I think madrid waste 3 chance to make a score..
but i think this result is so good for madrid...
what do you think guys about this results???

For me Karim Benzema showed tonight why he is such a threat. He has only been on the pitch for a matter of a minute and he scored what could prove to be an important away goal. With the incredible form of Cristiano Ronaldo since his move it is important to note that he needs the other forwards to bag their share of goals and Benzema is a player who can certainly do that.

Lyon is a very difficult to play against, especially on home ground. Last year they eliminated Real Madrid. The 1-1 result is a good result for both teams, but since Real has been so strong at home this season, it will be very difficult for Lyon to score and win there.
Real Madrid plays very good, and will for sure win on Santiago Bernabeu.

It was a good result for both the clubs. It also leaves the matchup right in the middle, though real would be slight favorites playing at home with an away goal in their bag. It is an interesting comparison between Benzema and Adebayor. Both are overrated strikers in my humble opinion and both have attitude problems. Adebayor keeps sulking at the clubs he joins after some time, Benzema keeps getting into fights with coaches over his fitness schedule and training. I do not think either are good enough to play for a club like Real Madrid.
Cheers!

It's amazing to see Lyon always give some troubles when facing Madrid :)
Too bad i missed the match. But from the news i've read, i don't see Kaka in the line-up. Any particular reason? Is he injured? Or just Mou didn't choose him?

Karim benzama is a good player, he has a good potential but now he is not very well in Real Madrid. Maybe Adebayor will rise Benzama Performance.
1-1 is a good score for Madrid and I think they eleminate Lyon in Spain.

It wasn't the greatest game I have seen, but still there were plenty of chances. In the first half Lyon was better, and in the first 20 minutes or so from the second half Real had many scoring opportunities. Benzema has scored a few seconds after he was substituted in, but the Lyon defenders and Lloris made his job easy.I also think that Benzema is better than Adebayor, but Mourinho calls the shots at Real Madrid. I still think that the qualification is not over and Lyon will make the surprise again.

Benzema is way better than Adebayor. Good for him to score.
As for Madrid, they will progress to next round. Given Mourinho's tactics, he will make sure that happens. Finally, Real will be able to cross that six year hurdle.
Still, the job is half done and they need to do it professionally.
