you might be knowing how difficult job it is to handle babies while having a job but i think you should leave your job and stay with your childrens at your home!!!

Do you mean looking after the baby? I fortunately don't work so I stay home and take care of my little one. I think it is impossible to take care of the baby and go to work for the mother. Taking care of babies is a very demanding job, I don't think I could handle it. Besides, I wouldn't hire babysitter for my baby because I don't trust stranger to look after my baby.

When i already have to report to the office two months after giving birth to our daughter, we hired a helper to tend for our baby. But whenever she goes on two days off, which is once a month, my retired father-in-law would pitch in to tend for the day. He would go home after we arrived from our work.
I thank God for giving us our retired father-in-law. he felt proud he is still useful.

Sorry, my comment posted twice. I thought the first one didn't register because it took a long time for my computer to finish it.

When our baby was still an infant and i have to report to the office already after two months, we hired a helper who tends for her while we are at work. But sometimes, when she would go home to their place for a day or two, my father-in-law would go to the house to tend for our baby. He would go home when we arrive from work.
How lucky for us to have the in-laws to pitch in when such happens!

this is the reason i why i would not want my wife to work full time. babies and children need the caring and guidance of their parents. it is not that i make a lot of money. we just need to tighten our budget. and not boast or anything. my eldest daughter became valedictorian in her kindergarten because of her mother.

I have second thoughts on hiring nannies to do the baby sitting. But if I have a choice I would gladly tend my babies until they are able to go to school. By then, I can get back to work. But if circumstances really won't permit, I'll have my parents to look after my babies while we work and fetch them afterwards.

If I have children, I hope that I can raise my kids and not have to work. I would probably sacrifice a few 'pleasures' so that I can save up so I can spend the time with the kids, especially when they're still young. I think if we really need a job, I would try to find something I can do at home and after the kids start going to school, I would find a part time job.

It is important for both parents what we want or jobs or health kids. Why so? Because it is important for little baby that he to have by present own parent,if once have a job.Maybe grandparents to help in tend baby to spend time untill parents return at home.

well, i don't have a baby for now.my friends and colleagues choose to ask their parents for help or hire a baby-sister .and most prefer parents to baby-sister for the reason of safe,i think.they send their children to kindergarten when babies are old enough ,3 years old likewise.
