I love You! easy it is easy to say?

When we talk to our God, it is easy to say "I love you Lord." we confessing our sins for things we made and we never betrayed God. So if we will make a twist, we will go to the situation that we have to face our enemy, i know all of us has an enemy. Will my question is,can you give your word "I love you" to the most hated person?
