Beautiful people VS Ugly people!!!

Obviously, there are a lot of opinions on this subject, because beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so this post is ask who believes that people who are thought to be beautiful in appearance by the masses have better opportunities than people who are considered ugly.
This subject is based on the media's perspective of years of conditioning the general public of what they portray as beautiful or pretty. I am not biassed just think it will make a good conversation.

Hey VisonTech,
research shows that people that are more attractive and go for job interviews and job promotions get it because they are more attractive. Think of it as a highschool movie the attractive people seem to always have it there way in the. They stand out more. I think its not base on if someone is ugly or Beautiful I think its base on if you take care yourself or not.
I have a friend she doesnt do anything with her hair just keep it in a bun. She wears the same clothes all the time. and smells really bad sometimes that you get head aches. Her teeth are very yellow and have a lot of plack. Her eyebrows connect.
Me as a Man I take care myself. I did her the favor and did her eyebrows. shave those peach hairs too. my mother straight out her hair. and my sister gave her some soap stuff and some nice clothes. all for free. she look nice :) She not ugly but makes her self ugly to others.

You are right about that base on how you look people will judge you I don't have any tattoos on my body I don't plan to I guess it's just something I'm not interested. To me what people consider ugly are treated and down graded by others that ink they are better. I don't think I have ugly friends the way you describe it haha made me laugh. What's there secret on making 200k I would love to know haha. 
I had a ugly that was very funny looking god rest his soul but he talked a lot and was a drunk. He had knowledge lots of it. Sometimes you can gain more from something you least expect to gain from. Funny how life works

Well. this guy make 200k because he's a banker, with college degree, and another guy I know is a computer graphics designer with a degree and has been working for about ten years in the same field. Then there's my brother who owns his own store that does pretty goo but he live real far away from me... so thats that.
Sometimes, I think very smart people drink a lot because they are smart!! They need something to help them chill and not think so much for a couple hours or whatever.
I have an overactive mind and have seen the doctor about it but have yet to find a solution.

I think most employers will prefer to hire persons who they DEEM to be more beautiful than someone else. To me it dosn't matter as long as the person has the necessary qualification.
In terms of dating I prefer to date women that I see as been beautiful but as you have stated that that is subjective as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

it is sad to admit, but i believe that the typical beauty is going to have a lot more given to them while the lets say less attractive soul will have to work for it. but what goes around comes around, looks fade and at the end i believe it is the inner that counts.

I was thinking about that the other day as well, looks fade! So putting to much emphasis on them is futile! I think if you conduct yourself well and stay clean, and I don't mean not get dirty on the job, but stay well rounded and clean as an individual than you should have the same opportunities no matter you genetics.

It's not a good topic to talk. There's nobody ugly in this world. Everybody are creation of Allah. So its not there fault is that they are black or white by skin.For me beautiful are those who are fresh from there mind and soul....

I understand that even termites have a place in the world but that doesn't make them beautiful at least not to me.
I agree beautiful people are fresh in their mind and soul, but staying fresh in the mind and soul is determined by what you feed your mind and soul, and think about how much junk food is in this world that people believe is what is important.

for me beauty does capture the attention of the public and that's the truth. however, i believe that we all have the same oppotunities. It all boils down to your skills and talents. It's how you put yourself out there that counts..;)

I think that what you said is the way it SHOULD BE definitely! But I think there are a small portion of people who even want to know the inside of other people. I think getting to close, especially on the job is considered not to be business savy by lots of people and they feel like if they put on a show everyday with a plastic smile than they will be able to get along like watching a TV episode. Instead of actually applying themselves.
Its just my opinion but everyone also has different experiences that form the way they perceive the world.
