i don't have a freakin voice / myLot

literally. i am voiceless. i do not know the reason why. probably because i have been talking to much yesterday. But when i woke up this morning , i do not have a voice, its so hoarse and it freakin hurts my throat. And i have presentations to do tomorrow and the day after! i need fast remedy! wahhhhhhhh. anyone?

I think just rest your voice and maybe buy soothing type lollies to suck on, maybe something with menthol in them...I think you will live ..cheers from Dr Lilaclady...

One winter I was teaching in a school that had a central heating failure. I had a cold and then lost my voice. It was so hard trying to teach and maintain control without a voice. I had to get the children very quiet so they would hear my hoarse whisper. I suggest you have plenty of hot drinks. Good luck getting your normal voce back.

Use sign language for now and stop talking for a while. It'll be very hard if you lose your voice permanently.

Gargle and protect the throat with a muffler.Don't strain your throat any further, do not talk. Take rest.
