My boss is always calling people stupid...

What a horrible little person, here in Australia we could leagally have that stopped, I would be looking for another job, life is too short to have put up with that... I hope things get better for you in the future.

My boss is also the same. He yells at everybody all the time that's why many of my colleagues hate him. He's always being a jerk.

That has to be very difficult and almost like walking on egg shells all day long. It would drive me nuts to have to tolerate, especially if I needed the job. I probably would be secretly looking for another job because my nerves would not be able to tolerate it. Best of luck and hope your boss simmers down a bit, as this will also affect his health, being so irritated all the time.

Well maybe your boss doesn't want to admit that he is stupid so that's why he is calling people stupid. Is he really efficient or maybe too good for you all or something? Well i think maybe it's time that you all join hands and kick the boss out or at least complain about him. A boss is supposed to be efficient and manage the group in an organized manner. I am sure you can do something if all of you stand up to him! Cheers!

One even if he is in the position should never and do not have the right to call people names and call them stupid. We have our individual rights and same applies even at work. Everyone's playing their part and even if the individual isnt performing he can do something about it and talk to the person properly. Talking trash and calling people names isnt really professional imo.
