I don't know why, but I have a hard time talking to people I don't know. I get weird about how I look. Like my teeth, face, hair, even my style. How do I boost my confidence and stop worrying about the other things?

each of us is unique, there are some of us who are born shy and some the outgoing ones, but it does not matter which one you are as long as you love yourself. true enough, people notice us for our looks but the inner self is more precious. try to talk to yourself in the mirror if you have some spare time. ask yourself some questions as if you were with someone new and try to make a conversation. try to assess yourself on the physical aspect as well.maybe you need a shave, a haircut or just a new look. any changes in your appearance works wonders. then maybe some time, you can go out with friends and try to speak up and meet new friends. slowly, you will notice that this conversation thing is not so bad. it takes time to build confidence, but remember , practice makes perfect...so go on, boost up your confidence now!

Pretend to be confident. Dare yourself to do things that you are too scared to do and do them. Wear something that you would feel would draw too much attention to you. Your new motto is: Just do it.
Trust me. This will work if you just do it.

Simply put, the best quote that relates is this. "If you don't love yourself, who will love you?" I'm sure you understand. Confidence is displayed in how you carry yourself about. Stay confident and people will notice you in a good way.
