Do you get tardy in coming to office?

Tardiness was a problem for me when I was feeling demotivated and burnt out from work. It came to a point that people no longer trust me if I say that I'll be around on the time that I said I will. But it was very different a few years back. I was never late or absent. I was interested with what I was doing and I felt motivated to go to work. It all changed when a major upheaval happened in my life. Now, I'm better at keeping my word. I needed to relearn to value other people's time because it's disrespectful if I don't. And it also helps to set your alarm 30 minutes before you're really supposed to get up. That way, you can hit the snooze button several times before really getting ready to go to work.

I am proud to say i was never tardy in coming to the office. It's because i am a disciplined person, and i see to it that i have enough time to prepare before going to the office. I always have my cellphone alarm wake me up on my designated time.

Yes, there are many moments of that every morning. I am tired of waking up so early. But I have to cause if I don't work I have no money and we will not be able to eat.

hi, i could say that i am often arrive late going to my office,eve though i am trying to be early but suddenly traffic will block me sometimes on my way,and my worst late in my work is almost an hour i was still in the road,so hate during that time,i always try to be early.

Well.... I do. I have a problem with the punctuality. And as I don't have car (I use the BUS) I get tardy almost every days. I'm a bad worker =P
