Is "readbud" scam?

Did any body get the paid from readbud? Is it scam?

Readbud is a scam. Don't join that site, I own it.

To be frankly speaking I have received $5.50 from this site 2 month ago but recently I have seen they are not converting the credits we earn into cash I don't know what's the reason for it. I have not check it yet whether it is scam or not since I have been paid here. I will check it now
