sad for no reason at all

That's exactly how i feel right now, sad, and i don't know why i feel this way. I guess there's really nothing to be sad about, but i can't help feeling so low today. Is it because of the dim weather? Does weather really affects your emotions?

Probably.I have the same situation with you.Sometimes I just be unhappy for no reason.I just don't what to talk,eat or sing.But I want someone be with me ,even if I do not want to say a word.They think I sm so stange.But I do not konw why.

You an older officemate of mine says that she feels the same way too especially when it's raining. She feel sad and low. She believes such emotional experience goes with aging.

I don't know but sometimes I feel the same. Sad for no reasons :( but today i was happy for no reason. Me and my friends laughed literally for hours. We almost went crazy..
Don't be sad. Smile :) be happy.
