I am looking around online and cant find nothing to help me. so i am figuring maybe someone on here can help me. i am looking at trailer homes and i wanted to know how much a 1 bedroom trailer would be like an older version. Cause i hear apartments are ridiculous and that a trailer park is better. Plus i wanted to know like roughly how much bills total would be like would certain things be tied in with the rent or what? if you could help me i would really appreciate it.

Hi Cheseox,
With regards to a mobile home it can vary considerably and the area where you will be living in it. As I do know several people who have bought them for summers and one family paid like $14,000 for theirs while another family paid 2 $25,000 for theirs.
So you have to search around and get comparisons. Also the other thing to consider is the lot fees, which may not be a great amount as I believe they charge per quarters and or per year. Ranging like $200 - $300.
Now if you compare that with a home itself it is quite a savings as not too many homes these days under $100,00 in US, if you can even find that as the mortgages are quite high.
I am sure that if you do your homework by searching online you may be able to find cheaper as sometimes people just want to be rid of theirs so they may be negotiable at lower rates.
Best of luck to you!
