Is there really life after death?
There was a movie, WHAT DREAMS MAY COME, that made me wonder about life after death. The story revolves around two people who loves each other so much that even death cannot separate them. It is like they still have a connection through the painting that his wife made for him.
Their relationship was put to a test when their children died in a car accident. It was painful for the both of them yet the pain did not end there. Chris (Robin Williams) died in a car accident too. The woman reached the point of depression and killed herself. Chris searched for her and saved her from hell.
Two souls that are really bound for each other that no heaven or hell can prevent them from having each other.
This movie touched me so much. Our promise to each other is that we'll find each till the next life...

Yeah I've read that in one of my philosophy books. It is about having only one soul. When we die, our souls are lost completely. In Hindu beliefs there is what we call reincarnation where a person takes oon four levels. If he has performed well in his past life, when he is reborn he is advanced to the higher level. Yet if he is so mean and greedy, his soul may go to animals with the same attributes.
