Worldwinner website question about tax

Back in 2009 i recived a tax return from worldwinner and everyone gets it to i am from Australia not the USA so i dont really understand it all it has tax numbers on it but would one of these be mine by any chance has anyone else received the same form? if so i need to know weather one of those number is my own tax file number?
In other words do i even have a us tax file number?

Since Worldwinner is a US based company, they have to report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) any monies made and also monies paid out to winners.
To answer your question, you may be required to file a Non Resident tax form with the IRS. Here's the link to the IRS: www.irs.gov
