For the first time I bought preloved shoes online.
Excited about it because I saved 2/3 of the actual price if buy it brand new, I quickly tried the shoes on. Wow, superb! Really nice, good as new!
But what was quite disturbing was when I pulled the shoes off. What the...it really smells! Maybe the former owner has really sweaty feet!
Could you give some tips on how I can disinfect it?
Tried wiping antibacterial solution to it but it didn't remove the smell.
Too bad I can't wash it.

There are several solutions. Plain kitchen Cornstarch works well, as does baby powder. There are some anti-itch/anti fungul powders in the pharmacy aisle, I know there is one of them that says it disinfects shoes as ell.
Lysol or some other anti-bacterial spray should work. Spray them with it and then let them sit outside on your patio or porch.

I tried using lysol as well. But since the shoes is high-cut, there are areas that are not reached when sprayed. Tahnk you for the advice, would really try those.. :)

you can try cleaning it with an old toothbrush soaked in baking powder and water.you can also use a disinfectant by dipping in an old toothbrush and cleaning the insides.make sure to reach the insides of the shoes, especially those in the foot bed and toe area.after using a disinfectant, you can put them under sunlight to dry.
