I'm going through the same thing with my husband. He loves me, and I love him, but he doesn't put any effort into our relationship anymore. My suggestion would be to romance her all over again. Apologize to her and ask her to give you a chance to prove yourself to her. Show her you can be a friend in addition to a boyfriend. The most important thing is to stay attentive. Dating or married, you always have to work at your relationship. Knowing my husband loves me isn't enough. I need him to show me every once in awhile. It doesn't mean he has to buy me things, sometimes just a little I love you post it note on my desk in the morning can absolutely make my day.

I would try sending her a letter in the mail and see how that goes or writing her a message through email. I dont know what else to do, maybe send her flowers or even puting rose pedals on her car would help as well. Leaving anote on the car with a flower would be really cute and she would smile about it and think twice to giving you another chance in life. Its really so simple to me. If you really love her and she love you too that much than just say sorry about your guilty. Tell her you not gonna do that again.
