What cooking for breakfast,or no eat morning?

I have an period when I no eat morning but after few years I have problems with health.So today I am more carefull.In each morning I cooking a special menu: soja milk,cereals an fruit in special apple,and paste from various vegetables.You what cooking at breakfast?You have try news in last time?

Curious you have an interesting life style.It is good if you know what said experts.Maybe for your age you no fell some trouble.You think I am strong and Iam fine.Ok but all human body have an metabolism who function on same principles.Later your felling she tell you that is not quite sure so good!So you choose.

No bad but what do you say if you try an fruit in each breakfast? An appel in everyday is an complete fruit for a good digestion!

Hi,
I do cook breakfast every morning for my family.
The very simple breakfast We have is bread with jam,that is very easy and
definitely I no need to make any early preparation,sometimes,I will
use ham and bread and some lettuces and make simple sandwiches for
breakfast. and for the drink, I like to cook barley or greenbean soup,or else
a cup of hot tea is best to be served in the morning.
On weekend, i will prepare more time consuming breakfast like
noodles or vermicelli or even porridge.
I don't like to have a heavy breakfast in the morning,something light and
easy to digest is good to be eaten in the morning.

breakfast usually consist of eggs and/or bacon/meat/hotdogs with rice or bread. But in some cases, I want just plain breakfast bread and jam/marmalade will suffice.

Yes, interesting topic. When I was in school I do not eat in the morning, If I felt as if I ate was bad, but when I got used to all the same reason...I had problems and now I am eating something like boiled eggs, fish, milk cereal, bananas, etc. on all this....not all at once. And I feel much better, tonight I am eating less and craving food.

I dont have to cook in the morning unless its the weekend and i have more time to cook. During the week i am heading out of the house to get to work or something like work i guess too. I eat a bowl of cereal usually cherrios and cut up a banana and have that to in with the cereal and that is usually pretty good.
On the weekends i sometimes cook breakfast if we arent doing much that day. Breakfast would consist of bacon, pancakes or french toast and possibly some eggs as well.

I only eat coffee and milk in the morning but get my real breakfast a couple of hours later. I then drink a second mug of coffee with milk and eat some bread with cheese or ham or a yogurt with jam.

I usually do one of four things for breakfast. I used to eat scrambled eggs with veggies and olive oil, but I am watching my fat so I switched to oatmeal with walnuts and fruit. Lately I have been eating a boiled egg with toast and juice or peanut butter on toast.

You're right, baressi, we should be careful with our health. And they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because we need to eat more so we will have the energy we need for the whole day. As a mother, I have to wake up as early as 4am to prepare and cook breakfast for my family who go to work and school. I cook fried garlic rice and egg, hotdog, sardines or dried fish. My family eat it with hot choco, milk and coffee and banana, papaya or mango for dessert. Ir should be a heavy breakfast because sometimes they forget to eat lunch whenever they are busy in school or work.

I have to eat breakfast right away when I wake up as if I don't I get really cranky and light headed. So anything really is good for me. My best meal is always at lunch where I can eat a bit heavier.
So for breakfast a bow of cereal and coffee work well with me.
