How do I eliminate the trauma of the past?

I often remember the person who ever hurt me, hate always haunt me, just an uncontrollable emotion which happened when I remember the incident. Even against the people closest to me even less able to trust again. I became more depressed, unable to enjoy life. Could not cheerful as ever, always remembering painful events that I've experienced.

Think in a calm, what makes trauma. For example, you are traumatized due to ever fall from a height .. You tell yourselves that what you are afraid of it "does not always turn off the" Think with different views do

Just leave it in the past, if someone hurt you that meanst that person doesnt even deserv your enger or any other feeling.

Deep trauma difficult to forget. That should get assistance from an expert. As a psychiatrist. By going to a psychiatrist can we know what our mental condition after the incident that befall us. Just like me. Trauma is still there until now, when the incident happened 2 years ago. Automatically, I feel hate with people who hurt me. Until the times I cried alone. Finally I decided to go to a psychiatrist. Undergo therapy to make the mind and soul to be more calm.

The process takes time. But one effective way to reduce your trauma is to divert your attention to something positive. You can either go out with friends or family member and as much as possible avoid doing things that will remind you of your pain.

We do eliminate the trauma of the past by following ways: *We have to join in any friendly community, have to involve in any good friendly happy discussion *Laugh loudly for a small joke also, it will decreases the weight on our heart. *Be patience, keep your heart and mind so actively *We can learn many things from the nature, there are many handicapped persons are there in this world with laking of eyes, legs...etc, we are so lucky than them. And we have to maximum try to see the newness in the nature.

i have experienced alot of pain and suffering in my life trust me you have no idea, but the worst thing you can do is dwell on your past, at first it will take along time to get over it, but you have to think you yourself that you are better than that, you will have alot of support from certain people if you explain to them how you are feelings and what has happened. but make sure these are only people you trust, honestly hun the best thing to do is tell someone close to you and they will help you through it xx
