Can you sleep well?

China

I can never sleep well,it's hard for me to fall asleep and it's easy to wake up. If I don't rest at midday,I'll feel pain in my head.If I stay too late at night,or I overeat a little,I'll keep awake almost the whole night. If I'm asleep when something sounds a bit louder,I'll wake up soon. For that I often grumble. What about you?

There are times when I can't get a good sleep. These occur especially when I'm being troubled by something. Thinking about your problems is a good way to keep you up all night.

I never want that,I have had more than that. When I cannot go to sleep,I surely have to think about something, that keeps me awake for so long before I get asleep.I hate it.

I didn't really sleep well last night myself. But this morning, I still get up on time though, I just need to adjust my sleep habit sometimes, I can't take a nap at the noon time anymore, because I might not be able to sleep well at night. Especially the temperature is acting funny these days.

I have to take a nap at noon every day to make up with my sleeping time at night,or headache will attack me soon and then my sleeptime is less than before,so I have to rest at midday even though I cannot fall asleep.

I have the same problems, but I do know what is causing my sleep problems. It is not overeating however. It try never to eat after five o'clock. Part of the problem is where I live. These people never sleep and play loud music all the time or fight.

That is to say,you have to eat supper before 5 o'clock p.m.?I never have dinner so early,I eat it at about 6 o'clock or more late, and I eat a bowlful or so in case I can't sleep.

I used to have a hard time sleeping when I was in my early twenties. There would be nights when I would just sleep for 4 hours and I'd still be ok when I go to work the next morning. Usually, what kept me up was gaming and reading. Now, as I got older, I feel terrible when I get less than 7 hours of sleep. I get cranky and grumpy and I feel tired all the time. I'm just not productive at work either. So I try to get as much sleep as possible. As for your condition, I've heard that there are herbal teas that you can drink to help you sleep better. Valerian is a natural remedy that might help you. Or maybe you can see a doctor to prescribe you with Ambien or something.

You must be a light sleeper. I am quite the opposite when I am tired I sleep like a pig. It is really hard to wake me up. But on school days I automatically wake up. Haven't use a alarm clock in years.

If I can sleep like a pig,I'll jump up in cheers once I wake up!As my sleeping time is so short,I have to rest at noon though I've almost never gone to sleep at all.

Hi. oldsix691418. If I wake up scared or worried, it may be hard for me to go back to sleep. I will have to put my radio on, so that I can drown out any silence while I am awake. Overall, I sleep really well when I am very exhausted.

it's always a problem with me. i can't sleep right away once i crash on my bed, it'll take time, like hours. hahaha.. sometimes i take sleeping pills just to tire my eyes but it's really not working with me. i think i need a higher dosage. i easily wake up, if someone opens my door or make a noise nearby.. and it takes time again for me to go back to sleep. plus, i work at night and i hate sleeping on a daylight or with the lights on. these past few days, i lose weight because i have a little problem and i can't stop thinking about it. sleeping is a dilemma.

Both you and me have to face the sleeping problem, but I never take pills,I can do other things to improve it.

There are times when i have trouble sleeping. It's usually when i didn't exercise that day or stretch or something happened that gives me stress. But other than that, I can sleep fair.

It seams that if our health has no trouble, any sleeping problem is from outside, such as tireness, stress, worry, excitation and so on.For me it's stress and worry,I think.

I used to suffer from insomnia but thanks to herbal tea, I am now having a sound sleep at nights. I am now sleeping about 6 -7 hrs a day and this enables me to work with having attacks of migraine. I am drinking my tea 1 hour before my bedtime. It works for me!

I can sleep really well as i'm not a light sleeper. I can sleep in any conditions when i'm really tired. I've gotten used to sleeping with the lights on, with music and people talking. Overtime, my body has learnt how to deal with all the distractions, allowing my body to recover with a good solid sleep. As for your problem, since u know what's bothering u, u should keep to a sleep routine, so that u can sleep well at night.

I sleep not only well but VERY WELL. =) I don't find it hard for me to sleep well specially when I'm super sleepy. I can almost sleep while sitting and even dared to sleep while standing. LOL.. That's the worst case because I'm really really sleepy that time. In connection with my sleep, I am so hard to wake. You need to shake me hard sometimes for me to be awake. LOL. I love sleeping very much! In your case, have you tried calming yourself with aroma? Or yoga maybe? How about meditation? I think they can help your mind relax so you can sleep well. Don't stress yourself too much. Have a nice day!

You can wake up for some days if your health can bear. But in the long run,we'd better have enough rest so that we have a strong body to work well,to earn money.

I sleep very well everyday because I work in daytime and I will take care of my family when I am home. And after my child goes to bed, then it is my own time and I can use it to do whatever I like. Lately I am busy with painting a picture. So you can see I am tired. Perhaps this is why I can sleep well. It is quite easy for me to fall asleep. I love China

Sleep is an activity that is very easy for me, when I lay in bed, do not require a long time for me to sleep. I am the type who is very easy to sleep, and sleep is a moment of fun, and I look forward to. Because when sleeping, I do not need to think about anything.

I sleep well sometimes, but generally I feel like I don't get enough sleep (under 7 hours generally) and without coffee I am unable to function throughout the day. I will fall asleep in class. I wake up numerous times in a night, which is generally fine because I can fall back asleep. I don't like people waking me up in the morning and I will be a little cranky/pissed off if I have to get out of bed before I am good and ready. I don't generally need an alarm clock to wake up, but my wake up times are variable.

Well for me i have no sleeping pattern because of my job. I'm a nurse, and when I'm on a night shift of course I couldn't sleep. But its easy for me to sleep the following day. Although sleeping during the day is very far from sleeping at night it still does the job of powering me up! My sleeping pattern when I'm not on duty is around 10-11pm
