You are humiliated in front of your colleagues in front of your subordinates

Personally the Boss I work for at this time would never think anything of doing this even if their are others right there watching or listening. Where I work right now they will speak before they really think, and many times end up getting themselves in trouble. All I can say is most of the time I just try to explain myself and hope it does not become a scene and when in doubt make a phone call or two after the fact finding out what needs to be done from there.

if something like that happen to me i will not argue further coz if he or she is uncivilized i will not stoop down to their level. I will confront her or him when in the right place and right time. Perhaps with somebody who is above us both.
