Eat only fruits at night to remain healthy

My mother went to some Nature cure hospital and amazing she lost her fat and more importantly she got rid of her migraine problem. She reduce her weight by 10 pounds. Out of curiosity I asked her what treatment they gave. She told me its simple. They give only fruits in the morning and night. They make drink 2 liters of water. For diabetic patients they give some bread along with some fruits. That's it, in seven days she regained healthy body. But this method doesn't suit all body types. So find out if it is useful to you.

That sounds interestin, how many ,eals a dat does she have...what food does she have in these meals...I know drinking water is good but that is a lot of water there..

She ate some fruits like apples ,oranges, guava and many more. No restriction on how much to eat.Its your wish. But do some physical exercises like walking.

Just fruits all day? well no wonder she lost weight she ate like no food, I like fruits though, but I don't like how expensive they are. But fruits are yummyyyy, love 'em. On another note, I'm glad that your mother has lost all that weight is now healthy. its always good to lose that extra baggage I hope she is proud of herself, I sure am proud of her!

WoW! Thats really great. Yes naturopathy is certainly very effective in treating certain diseases. By eating only fruits and vegetables, one can really remain very healthy. But it is not easy for us to adopt that diet forever, because we are not used to such diets and we will feel tempted to return to our daily diet.
