China-Cheap house is not available?

Really? Low-cost housing is still available here. The last time I attended internship, which is just recently, our government still offered low-cost housing. But these houses are just made of pre-made panels. They're quicker to build but they're not that strong compared to standard built houses.

In China, there is so-called indemnificatory housing plan or policy which come out.
coz no enough indemnificatory house for low-income people here. and maybe this is one of the reasons why house price is massively increasing.

government wants to use the plan to cool down the real estate economy, coz
in China, needs is the main reason for the high-price house.

Same as in China, my dad told me, he was the rich 15 years ago, but now he is poor again, coz he put his money in the bank, and these 15 years...depreciation of RMB, you know..

I think this is the way it is all over the world, it is like this in Australia as well, almost impossible for young people to get a house these days, that sort of thing seems to be for the rich only....and I think this is the way Governments want it...

I think house price inflate pretty much and everywhere around the world we are experiencing higher price houses and most young people can't really afford to buy a house and can only rent one. In China, the rich are really too rich and the poor... hardly have enough to eat. Just try your best and hopefully one day you might be categorized as the "RICH" instead of the "POOR"

you really know Chinese national conditions, lol.. but some "rich" men told me before, ''don't comlain a lot, you are born in China, you know the condition, you can not change it, what you should do is to think out the right way to jump out of the "poor", analyse your personality and your ability, polish yourself, one day you will he "rich".''
