how i wish i could own a house and lot someday.. where can i apply as a part timer in a real estate... who can recommend me??? am good on inter action.....

I can't recommend anyone, don't know someone who does that. But I wanted to respond because I like to have a house and lot too. I'm even wishing I could join a raffle and win a house and lot. But of course, that's if I am that lucky. For now I'd like to think I can get that if I will be qualified for a housing loan. I have to work really hard for it. I promise I will though. There's nothing you can't achieve if only you will put your mind to it. As the saying goes, if there's a will, there's a way. So better start acting now.

Hi! thank you for taking part on this. I think that's almost a wish for typical individual like us. I'm definitely agree with you. It is all state from our mind. If we'll gonna think of it with strong conviction, a gradual reaction coming from ourselves in order to do the action. I would really work for it not just for myself but to my family though. If you want to become a real estate agent you will first have to go to real estate school and do that to become a state certifide agent to sell homes. There are alot of things you have to learn first to become a real estate agent, it isnt just about showing and selling homes but alot of math invovled and also a alot of paperwork when you do sell a home.
Not sure if this was your question about being a real estate agent or not or maybe you wanted one to show you homes as your intrested in buying.
Well anyways on to my next though on this discussion. This year i hope to be buying a home and get out of my parents house so me and my boyfriend can live together and start on our on lives together. I know im dreaming big but i do hope it happens this year after things start to be paid off for.

Thank you for the response. It's my long dreamed to own a house and lot from my effort. And the easiest way to achieve it is to win a lotto jackpot if lucky enough. But for the experienced person, the best they could recommend is to join in a real estate firm and become a real estate agent but that needs schooling and training, as they said. It's have a big money there but required effort, patience, determination and ability to deal people in this sort of conversation..
Anyway, your plan is good for that's for your own good. Someday if we'll be successful on it, it's a thing that we could hardly forget and forever we will be proud of to our love ones, especially to our family. Thank you once again.
