I've been forgetful just this recently,what's happening to me?

Is there someone who can tell me what's going on with me. I feel like stupid all this time like i'm very clumsy at all. And worse,i am being forgetful at some things. Can someone help me?thanks

A person's mind becomes divert and cant remember anything when his brain is full of thoughts... you need to check out all those thoughts and throw away them which are improper to your daily life. Hope your problem will be solved and again... go to some isolated place and think some innovative and constructive ideas. TRy to write some poem or story. Have a nice day.

No one can help you Alzheimer is into genes. Clumsiness is come out if we are typeof person who has no presence of mind. Help yourself.

I think most of us are getting at that point one way or another... Hehe sometimes too that stress adds to the factor that affects our memory... Just read more and answer puzzles or play cellphone gamesthat would help you use a lot of thinkong. I think that will help improve your memory too. Grapes help a lot too... Maybe you can eat grapes everyweek... :-)

Maybe stress could be the reason that you are forgetting things. It could be that you are trying to concentrate on too much at one time. It might be that you are tired and need a little more sleep. I would advise you eat a healthy diet and do moderate exercise. You might like to take a multi vitamin pill and this should include B vitamins. I suggest you carry a notebook and pen with you. Then you could write down reminders for yourself. Like library books due back on ... or optician appointment at 10.00 on Saturday. When you are being clumsy you should make more time and really focus on what you are doing. I hope soon you will become less forgetful.

People tend to forget when they are focusing on too thing things at a time. It may also due to some events/situation that you cannot get your mind out of.... Too focus in one thing lets you forget the rest. Just relax and solve things once at a time, then you'll find yourself not as forgetful anymore :D Have a nice day!
