Hi apramudita
I would advise you not to skip your breakfast. It is not a healthy thing to do. Even I dont like to have my breakfast, because my mouth feels dry early in the morning. But i still do have breakfast with lots of water to gulp it down. The importance of breakfast cannot be stressed enough, especially when it comes to performing at your best. Not only is it much easier to focus if you are not distracted by hunger, but you will have more energy if you eat breakfast in the morning.
Another reason why the importance of breakfast should not be overlooked is that it can help you lose weight more effectively, and plus cut your carbs and cholesterol. If you feel full in the morning you will be far less likely to overeat throughout the day, or to eat the wrong types of foods. If you do have a tendency to feel a little hungry between breakfast and lunch, it is a good idea to take a healthy snack with you, just make sure that the snack that eat is less than 300 calories, and that you eat a smaller lunch.
Although breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day, you do not need a large breakfast in order to benefit from that first meal. You can just as easily eat a small, low calorie breakfast and get the same benefits. So do not skip your breakfast, and you will find yourself having more energy than before.

Once upon a time I never used to have breakfast either, I always felt a bit delicate in the mornings and then someone pointed out to me that the reason you should have breakfast is that you have been asleep for say about 8 hours so your body needs to have nourishment, our bodies are like cars they can't work as good without fuel...

Hi dear,
It is said that having breakfast is good for our health. Normally after a long hours of sleep and break of our digestive system, once we get up from sleep and after our preliminary things in the morning, it is advised to have a light food or the one we like. It is not necessary that heavy meals or anything like. Some may use cornflakes or milk, sandwiches, or any snacks. You can come up by regular practice. The main issue what I found was that it may cause generation of acidity or gas related issues. If you have a glass of water and after sometime one glass of milk itself is ok. But empty stomach upto 12-1 pm is not recommended. Once we get up from sleep, within 1 hrs. time some food is a must and if you have issues, have it checked.
Thank-s
