Websense blocked my FB

Suddenly just now, websense blocked my facebook account. I am not sure what was happening. Kept trying for a few times to open the FB website but failed. So I left it for a while and now I open the website and this time I am able to open the website and surf my FB again. For your information, I am using the internet service provided by the government and I have heard for quite sometimes they want to block Fb and a few other social websites. I thought that was the time for the blocking just now. Do you have any idea how I can surf FB is the government really block FB? What are the proxy that I can use?
